Today is Rowan's third birthday! Although the weather hasn't been the best, we made the most out of her special weekend. First, we slept in and snuggled, as always. This morning, I made her birthday cake, which was a vegan cheesy sausage cake "frosted" with
cheezy sauce. I topped it off with her name made out of vegan sausage (which I baked in the oven for a while first) and three raw sweet potato "candles". Both of the girls were extremely excited about the cake, but she was such a good girl while posing for me. A bit bewildered that she couldn't have her cake yet, but patient!
Then the time came to
finally eat some!
Everything happened so fast that before I knew it, they had both licked their plates clean.
Then it was time to sit around for a while and let that cake digest.
We also played outside for a while, took a walk and will be watching Pitbulls and Parolees a little later. All in all, it was a good weekend. Happy birthday my sweet little thick necked wiggle butt! Mama loves you so much!!
